I was looking for an opportunity to help other women who may need help, and Courage in Action came along at just the right time. I benefited immensely in my own childhood from strong women who always encouraged me to push myself, and leaders who inspired me to grown and learn.  I am incredibly inspired by the group of women leading the charge in this organization and fully committed and excited about the mission and vision for Courage in Action.

Tanya Piazza-Hughes – Director Human Resources

The mission of my life is to enhance any place, experience or situation to be more joyful than it was when I got there.  My aim is to do that through reminding people of their greatness, love and value.  The Courage in Action Board grants me the permission and privilege to work with women who are striving to regain their shine and be reminded of how spectacular they truly are.

The women I work with and the women in the communities we serve give to me more than I could ever hope to give them and sharing what I know is a small fraction of gratitude I express. One day, one person, one moment at a time, our love will heal.
